Additional Notes

  • All six models in the Linde Forklift Trucks LPG Evo series covered here share the Volkswagen 3.6-liter VR6 engine, and every one of them carries identical cooling system specifications across capacity, check interval, and change interval.
  • The base cooling system capacity is 14 liters. When a cab heater is fitted, the total rises to 16.5 liters, reflecting the additional fluid volume held in the heater core and its connecting hoses.
  • The 2.5-liter difference between the standard and heater-equipped configurations is a meaningful fill distinction. Topping up a heater-equipped unit to only 14 liters would leave the system underfilled, which can affect both heating performance and coolant circulation.
  • The coolant level check interval is set at every 10 operating hours under normal use conditions. For industrial equipment running multiple shifts, this translates to a very frequent visual inspection cadence.
  • The coolant change interval is defined by whichever limit arrives first: 24 months or 6,000 operating hours. A machine used lightly may reach the time-based limit well before the hour-based one, while a machine running near-continuous shifts could reach 6,000 hours within the same two-year window.
