Goldoni Star series
Differential fluid capacity & service interval
Goldoni Star series differential fluid capacity ranges from 4 to 6,8 liters. Fluid change service intervals occur every 800 hours. The data covers 10 configurations.
The configuration chart below lists fill volumes and service intervals for each engine and trim variant.

Additional Notes
- The front differential capacity across the Goldoni Star series falls into three distinct groups: 6.8 liters for the Star 2070, Star 3050, Star 3070, and Star 3070V variants; 5.1 liters for the Star 75 Alto and Star 75 Basso; and 4 liters for the Star 50 NRG and Star 70 NRG. These differences reflect variations in axle and differential housing size across the model range.
- The Goldoni Star 2070 (FH2070) with VM D754 engine carries a 6.8-liter front differential capacity, which is a service fill figure representing the amount of fluid required when draining and refilling the differential under normal operating conditions.
- The Star 3050 uses the VM D703 engine and shares the 6.8-liter front differential capacity with the larger Star 3070 variants, which are fitted with the VM D754 engine. Despite the engine difference, the front differential housing capacity remains identical across these configurations.
- The Star 3070 is available in multiple chassis variants, including the TR1 through TR10 series and the TUA1 designation, as well as the Star 3070V in TUA1 and TUC4 configurations. All of these share the same 6.8-liter front differential capacity and 800-hour change interval.
- The Star 75 Alto (TZA41-48) and Star 75 Basso (TZB41-48) are both powered by the John Deere 3029TF engine and each carry a 5.1-liter front differential capacity. The Alto and Basso designations refer to high-clearance and low-profile body configurations respectively, yet the differential capacity is identical between the two.
- The Star 50 NRG (TP14) with VM D703 and the Star 70 NRG (TRA2) with VM D704 both specify a 4-liter front differential capacity. The VM D703 and VM D704 are related VM Motori diesel engines, and both NRG models share the smallest differential fill volume in the Star series lineup covered here.
- An 800-hour change interval applies uniformly to all front differential entries across the Star series under normal use conditions. In agricultural machinery, hours-based intervals are standard because operating time is a more consistent measure of wear than calendar time or distance traveled.
