Piaggio XEVO

Coolant capacity & service interval

Piaggio XEVO uses coolant with a capacity range of 1,8 to 2 liters. Service intervals include checks at 6000 km and 10000 km, plus a change every 24 months. The data covers 3 configurations.

The configuration chart below lists fill volumes and service intervals for each engine and trim variant.

Additional Notes

  • The Piaggio XEVO 125 Euro 3 cooling system holds 2 liters of coolant, which represents the total system capacity for a service fill.
  • The XEVO 250 i.e. also carries a 2-liter cooling system capacity, matching the 125 Euro 3 variant despite the larger displacement engine.
  • The XEVO 400 i.e. has a slightly smaller cooling system capacity of 1.8 liters, making it the only variant among the three with a sub-2-liter fill volume.
  • All three variants share a 24-month coolant change interval under normal use conditions, regardless of displacement or mileage accumulated.
  • The XEVO 125 Euro 3 specifies a coolant check interval of 6,000 km under normal use, which is notably shorter than the 10,000 km check interval applied to both the 250 i.e. and 400 i.e. variants.
  • The 10,000 km check interval on the XEVO 250 i.e. and XEVO 400 i.e. under normal use conditions aligns with a longer-distance service cadence typical of larger-displacement scooter engines.
  • The XEVO 400 i.e. covers model years 2007-2011, a shorter production span than the 125 Euro 3 and 250 i.e., both of which span 2007-2016.
