Kymco KB
Brake fluid capacity & service interval
Kymco KB uses brake fluid with a capacity range between min and max. Service intervals include changes at 1000 km and 2000 km. The data covers 4 configurations.
The configuration chart below lists fill volumes and service intervals for each engine and trim variant.

Additional Notes
- The Kymco KB hydraulic brake system does not specify a fixed fill volume. Instead, the fluid level is measured by position, kept between the reservoir's minimum and maximum marks.
- Both the KB 100 and KB 50 share an identical normal-use brake fluid change interval of 2000 km.
- Under initial service conditions, the brake fluid change interval for both the KB 100 and KB 50 is halved to 1000 km, compared to the 2000 km interval applied under normal use.
- The initial service interval of 1000 km applies to both engine variants, indicating a break-in period during which the hydraulic brake system receives earlier attention than in subsequent service cycles.
- No variation exists between the KB 50 and KB 100 in how brake fluid level is assessed, as both rely on the same min-to-max reservoir range method rather than a measured capacity figure.
