Dinli DL 802

Brake fluid capacity & service interval

Dinli DL 802 requires brake fluid with a capacity range defined between min and max. Service intervals include checks at 1000 km or 3 months and 1 hour. The data covers 2 configurations.

The configuration chart below lists fill volumes and service intervals for each engine and trim variant.

TypeSpecifications
DL 802 - 300 Special X (2008- )
  • Use: Normal
  • Between min and max.
  • Check 1000 km/ 3 months
DL 802 - 300 Special X (2008- )
  • Use: Initial service
  • Between min and max.
  • Check 1 hours

Additional Notes

  • The Dinli DL 802 - 300 Special X hydraulic brake system does not reference a fixed fluid volume. Instead, the specification calls for the level to be maintained between the minimum and maximum marks on the reservoir, which is the standard method for brake fluid servicing rather than a measured fill quantity.
  • Under normal use conditions, the brake fluid level check interval is set at every 1,000 km or every 3 months, whichever comes first. The dual-trigger format means geographic or seasonal riding patterns with low mileage still require periodic inspection on a calendar basis.
  • A separate initial service interval of 1 hour of operation is specified for the hydraulic brake system. An early inspection at such a short interval is associated with allowing new brake components to seat and confirming that no air has entered the hydraulic circuit during assembly.
  • The 1-hour initial service check and the 1,000 km / 3-month normal interval represent two distinct maintenance phases for the same system, with the early check applying only at the start of the vehicle's service life and the recurring interval applying thereafter.
