Wille Articulated loaders

Differential fluid capacity & service interval

Wille Articulated loaders use differential fluid with a capacity range of 3 to 7,5 liters. Service intervals include 200 hours, 500 hours or 12 months, and 1000 hours. The data covers 18 configurations.

The configuration chart below lists fill volumes and service intervals for each engine and trim variant.

Additional Notes

  • The Wille 375D Stage V carries 3 liters of differential fluid in both the front and rear differentials, a relatively modest capacity consistent with the compact articulated loader class.
  • On the 375D Stage V, the first-change interval for both differentials is set at 200 hours, after which normal service intervals of 500 hours or 12 months apply. The 12-month calendar limit means whichever threshold arrives first triggers a change, regardless of machine hours accumulated.
  • The 475D Stage V holds 3.7 liters per differential, front and rear, and shares the same interval structure as the 375D Stage V: a 200-hour first change followed by 500-hour or 12-month normal intervals.
  • The 455B with Detroit D754 TE3 engine carries 7.1 liters in each differential, front and rear. No change interval is listed for either position, distinguishing the 455B from the Stage V models where interval data is present.
  • The 675D Stage V front differential holds 7.2 liters, while the rear holds 7.0 liters. The 0.2-liter difference between axles on the same machine reflects a minor asymmetry in differential housing volume between the front and rear units.
  • Normal-use differential fluid changes on the 675D Stage V are scheduled at 1,000 hours, double the 500-hour interval specified for the smaller 375D and 475D Stage V models. Both still share the same 200-hour first-change requirement.
  • The 875D Stage V specifies 7.5 liters for both the front and rear differentials, making front and rear capacities identical on that model. The normal change interval is 1,000 hours, with a 200-hour first change applying to both positions.
  • Across the 675D and 875D Stage V models, the 1,000-hour normal interval carries no accompanying calendar limit, unlike the 500-hour interval on the 375D and 475D Stage V, which is paired with a 12-month maximum.
