- The KDD05 and KDD06 models share identical cooling system specifications, each carrying a 4.6-liter coolant capacity. This figure represents the total volume of the cooling system fill, covering the engine block, cylinder head passages, and radiator combined.
- The KDD08 and KDD10 models are paired with the Kipor KD488D engine and carry a 5.9-liter cooling system capacity, which is notably larger than the 4.6-liter capacity found in the KD388D-powered variants. The difference reflects the greater displacement and thermal output of the KD488D engine.
- All four configurations share a 12-month coolant change interval under normal use conditions. An annual interval is standard practice for small diesel-powered equipment where operating hours may be irregular, making calendar time a more reliable service trigger than hour-based tracking.
