  • The Iseki TJ/TJA front differential fluid capacity falls into two distinct values across the lineup: 8 liters for the TJ75 and all TJA8080 configurations, and 10 liters for all TJA8090 and TJA8100 configurations. A larger differential housing, typically associated with higher-output or heavier-duty drivetrain components, accounts for the increased volume in the 90 and 100 series models.
  • All TJA8080, TJA8090, and TJA8100 configurations carry an initial service change interval of 50 hours. An early drain at 50 hours is standard practice for new or rebuilt differentials, as it removes metal particles and manufacturing residues that accumulate during the break-in period before normal wear patterns stabilize.
  • Under normal use conditions, all configurations across the TJA8080, TJA8090, and TJA8100 share a fluid check interval of 200 hours and a change interval of 600 hours. Hour-based intervals are standard for agricultural equipment, where annual mileage is not a meaningful measure of mechanical wear.
  • The TJ75, introduced from 2008, carries only a normal-use specification with no initial service interval listed. All TJA8080, TJA8090, and TJA8100 configurations, starting from 2013, carry both a normal-use interval and a separate initial service interval, reflecting a more detailed service schedule structure for the later models.
  • The TJA8080 is available in two transmission variants, P1L/L1 and PL/L, both paired with the Agco Eco 33 AWIC engine. Despite the different transmission designations, both variants share identical front differential capacity and service intervals, with 8 liters, a 200-hour check, and a 600-hour change under normal use, plus a 50-hour initial service change.
  • The TJA8090 and TJA8100 are each available in P/PL and P1L/L1 (or P1L/1L) transmission variants, all paired with the Agco Eco 33 AWIC engine. Across all four of these variant-model combinations, the front differential capacity is uniformly 10 liters, with service intervals identical to one another under both normal and initial service conditions.
  • The 600-hour normal change interval applies uniformly across all TJA series configurations regardless of transmission variant or model designation. In agricultural service, 600 hours can represent a substantial portion of a seasonal or annual workload, making adherence to the interval significant for differential longevity.
